We are delighted that you have chosen us to capture your precious memories. Before we embark on this exciting journey together, please take a moment to review our client contract, which outlines the terms and conditions of our photography services. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

Bookings and Reservations

In order to secure our services, a non-refundable retainer fee must be paid at the time of booking. This fee ensures that our team reserves the agreed-upon date and time exclusively for your photography session. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

Rescheduling is subject to our availability and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that rescheduling is not guaranteed and may result in additional fees.

Session Details

Prior to the session, we will work closely with you to discuss your vision, preferred locations, and any specific requests. Our goal is to create a customized experience that perfectly captures your unique personality and style.

Our skilled photographers will bring their expertise and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure that your session is enjoyable and stress-free. We will guide you through posing techniques, lighting adjustments, and composition to capture the most stunning shots.

Please arrive on time for your session, as any delay may affect the duration of your shoot. If you have selected an outdoor location, we advise dressing appropriately for the weather conditions and bringing any desired props or accessories.

Image Selection and Editing

Following the session, our team will carefully curate the collection of images captured, selecting the best shots that meet our artistic standards for composition, exposure, and overall quality.

Within two weeks of your session, we will provide you with an online gallery showcasing the edited images. From this gallery, you will have the opportunity to select your favorite images for further editing and purchase.

Additional editing requests, such as blemish removal or special effects, may incur extra charges and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Product Delivery and Usage Rights

Once your chosen images have undergone the final editing process, we will deliver them to you in high-resolution digital format. These images are for personal use only and may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Rebecca Anne Portraits.

We take pride in our work and may request to use selected images from your session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and print marketing materials. If you have any concerns or prefer to keep your images private, please inform us before the session.

Cancellations and Refunds

In the event that you need to cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible. The retainer fee is non-refundable, but we may consider transferring it to a future session depending on the circumstances.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid and make every effort to assist you in finding an alternative solution.
